Student Visa & Residency Permit

Iranian Student visa is issued for international students who intend to study in Iran. After finalizing your registration at K. N. Toosi University of Technology you require to obtain a one-year residency permit.

Required documents in order to acquire a One-year Residency Permit

2Four 3 x 4 pictures
3Three copies of your passport's information page
4Two copies of your E-type entry visa
5Completed Application Form for Residence
6205,000 IRR in cash for the issuance of a one-year permit
 
Note: You can receive your visa after approximately one month.

Required documents in order to acquire a Visa for your Spouse or Children

1Three 3 x 4 pictures of the person for whom you want to get the visa
2Three copies of the student's information page and residency permit
3Copies of your marriage documents, verified by an Iranian embassy/consulate in your country
4A copy of the invitee's passport's information page
5A copy of the completed visa application form
61,000,000 IRR in cash for the issuance of a one-year permit for a student's spouse or children

Required documents in order to acquire Exit and Re-Entry Permission

Note:
Please note that your Exit – Return permission will be prepared after 14 working days and you can receive your passport carrying the official Exit Stamp.
The validity period of your exit visa is one month.
The length of your stay outside Iran using this permit is only three months. Students need to return to Iran before the expiration of this time period. In case one's stay exceeds this amount of time, the student needs to refer to Iran's embassy in his or her country and repeat the process of acquiring an entry visa.
In case you proceed with renewing your passport in your country of citizenship during your trip, you must have your old passport, containing previous residency stamps and student visa, with you in order to be able to return to Iran.
